FlexClip
FlexClip is an online video maker that helps anyone create videos with templates, stock assets, and easy editing tools.
About
FlexClip
FlexClip takes a presentation-style approach to video creation—think PowerPoint meets video editor. Its storyboard mode lets you arrange scenes like slides, which is perfect if traditional editing timelines feel overwhelming. Choose a template, drop in your content, add some text and animations, and you’ve got a polished video in minutes. It’s ideal for pitch decks, internal comms, or quick explainer videos when simplicity is the priority.
That simplicity is also the limit. You won’t find tools for cinematic transitions, layered b-roll storytelling, or advanced timeline editing. FlexClip is more about assembling than crafting—great for clean, functional videos, but not built for creative deep dives. If your goal is speed and clarity, it's a solid pick. If you're looking to push boundaries, you might hit them pretty quickly here

Trint
Trint is an AI transcription platform for journalists and researchers that converts audio and video to searchable, editable text.
About
Trint
Trint turns your audio and video into searchable, editable text—fast. Journalists love it because they can search hours of interviews for that one quote. The collaborative features mean teams can work on transcripts together, and you can export captions or even create basic video edits from the text. It's about making spoken content as easy to work with as a Google Doc.
But let's be clear—this isn't Final Cut Pro. The video features are secondary to the transcription powers. You can make rough cuts based on text, but you're not adding visual effects or doing color correction. It's a transcription platform with some video tricks, not a video editor with transcription. What's your main need: working with spoken content or creating visual stories? For full video production with transcription, combine automatic transcription with comprehensive editing tools and social media caption generation.

I used it today, simple and straightforward. Better than Kapwing.com, which was supposedly the first recommended site by chatgpt. Flexclip was the 3rd, should have been the first tbh. Good stuff!
It's easy to use, lets you make a good-looking video with very usable footage, the only snag is the subtitle to speech feature which doesn't automatically line up. Everything else I tried was golden.
Their Google Search result: "Add Image to MP3 Online for Free". in that Web says "Add Image to MP3 Online for Free" in big letters, but when I click to upload files it only supports .MP4 and so....

Excellent customer support!! Was speaking with Olga who was very helpful and speedy in getting back to me. The issue had nothing to do with Trint itself, but an ex-employee of ours and Olga was quick to help and got it sorted.
Trint is a top notch AI transcription service with excellent customer support.
We are a small company with a TRINT license - we were on a one year subscription - which we didn't use - for £3600. We emailed the company informing them that the sub ended at the end of Jan 2025 - back in May. We have now been told we haven't given 60 days notice to cancel - and they are now trying to charge £2000 for a product we don't use. Shocking customer service.
